Wounds to Wisdom: The Path to the Empowered Heart
“The Path to the Empowered Heart” - 6 Steps to alchemise your wounds into vehicles for growth, acceptance, and grace.
Join Ali Bogner and me as we explore the nature of our relationship to our wounds, “wound-power,” the Victim archetype, and most importantly, the only miracle we can initiate ourselves - forgiveness.
This two-part class presents a six steps process to help you acknowledge where you stand in relationship to your wounds, how you might be “haemorrhaging” your power (Light) via the nature of your wound attachments, the power of gratitude in cleansing your wounds, and ultimately, forgiveness as a means of liberating the psyche and soul.
This class is based on the teachings of Caroline Myss and is the first in a monthly series we will initiate this month called Wisdom Wednesdays: Conversations intended to Empower, Inspire and Heal.

Divine Reasoning
For those interested in pursuing a path of conscious awakening, please join Ali Bogner (Lightworkers of Florence) and me, as we guide you through 12 unique steps, each intended to help you attain symbolic sight and “higher” reasoning skills. Based on the work of Caroline Myss, we will present each of these steps in both spiritual and practical terms. Using our own specific backgrounds in the healing arts, we will weave in teachings and practices from other various wisdom traditions to help support and ground each step. This is a wonderful “refresher course,” for those who journeyed with us during “Anatomy of the Spirit,” and anyone else interested in the power and practice of becoming conscious.
Please be prepared to take notes and engage in the work!

The Four Agreements
Join Ali Bogner (Lightworkers of Florence) and me as we explore the world of Toltec wisdom, and apply it to everyday life. Using Don Miguel Ruiz’s masterful guide, “The Four Agreements,” we will journey through four practical and life-changing tools to help you gain access to greater freedom, joy and inner peace. This virtual course is a two-part series, each 90 minutes in length, that will be conducted over Zoom. Course dates are April 23rd, and 30th, 1 pm Berlin time.

21-day Spiritual Retreat
Join Ali Bogner (Lightworkers of Florence) and me as we guide you through a 21-day journey into spiritual congruency. This three-week virtual event incorporates 7 models that have been chosen to reignite your commitment to the spiritual path. Included in the journey are a guided meditation and nidra session created specifically to support you through what we hope will be a spiritual metamorphosis.
The only requirement for the course is a desire to go deep, a journal, and a commitment to do the work.
